Collective Renewal Resource is led by Rev. Erin Burleson, Founder and Creative Renewal Coach

Rev. Erin Burleson | Founder & Creative Renewal Coach

Erin is a pastor, mother, writer, a "possibilitarian" and facilitator of renewal. Her primary love is to sustain Christian leaders in their capacity to be both caring and creative; which she identifies as essential for meaningful and enduring ministry.  For the past three years she has been a retreat facilitator for the United Methodist Church (WNC Conference) and the lead developer of a Missional Engagement curriculum. Having served as an ordained minister in lead pastor and associate roles (in both Methodist and Pentecostal churches) for more than 15 years,
Erin's  learned the power of being well rested, well read, and well resourced.
You'll find her love for leadership development, intentional relationships, reconciliation and creative solutions shining through.

Erin and her husband, Sam, submitted their lives to the call of  the pastorate in high school. Both completed their degrees from Lee University in Cleveland, TN and went on to complete M.Divs. Since being married in 2001, they enjoy meeting new people, traveling, writing, camping, and making memories with their two children, Andrew and Alizah.

Leadership

Coaches

We've got a growing network of life, health, and wellness coaches that specialize in personal and professional development, with  backgrounds in non-profit work, mental health, and ecumenical ministry environments.

Hobby Hosts

Hobby hosts are here to guide the reluctant leader in the spiritual discipline of fun.
Our friends will share their love of biking, crafting, hiking, rafting, movie critiquing and more to make connection possible and inspiration available through hobby development.
