Erin Burleson | Founding Creative Renewal Coach
Erin is a pastor, mother, writer, a facilitator, and "possibilitarian." She finds great joy in sustaining Christian leaders in in meaningful and enduring ministry. For the past several years she has been a missional retreat facilitator for the United Methodist Church and the lead developer of a Missional Engagement curriculum. Having served as an ordained minister in lead pastor and associate roles (in both Methodist and Pentecostal churches) for more than 15 years,
Erin's learned the power of being well rested, well read, and well resourced.

Erin and her husband, Sam, both completed their undergrad degrees from Lee University in Cleveland, TN and went on to complete M.Divs. Since being married in 2001, they've enjoyed meeting new people, traveling, writing, camping, and making memories with their two children, Andrew and Alizah.

John | Missional Collective Coordinator
John was born with a curiosity about the world that developed into a fascination with other cultures. This fed his heart to welcome and include other cultures, no matter the barriers, and helped to birth a passion for Latino culture. After completing his B.S. at Lee University, he committed to lifelong, learning journey that took him to Guatemala for 10 years with an emphasis in Church Planting. John enjoys being outdoors, running around with the children and planning the next family adventure.

Amanda Hill | Global Renewal Coach
Amanda has always endeavored to help others, and she first experienced transformative love while serving on a short trip to Guatemala at the age of 17; She returned home determined to embody a love that lived among the people of Guatemala. Amanda discovered her Pastor’s heart and strengthened her call to and skills for ministry during a 2 year internship at a local church while completing her B.S. at Lee University, then relocated to live with her husband in Guatemala. You can usually find Amanda with a hot cup of coffee, reading a good book or listening to a podcast.

Amanda and John currently reside in Northeast Georgia surrounded by the Appalachian mountains, the Chattahoochee river, and their favorite ministry partners— Ana, Abi, Jade, and J.C. (Juan Caleb), (their 4 children) who have have enriched and deepened their love for God and each other.
